These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://motowyn.com (the "Site") and related services, including text messages (together, the "Service"), operated by Motowyn ("we," "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. What Motowyn is
Motowyn is a free lead generation and comparison service that connects consumers with insurance carriers, agents, brokers and marketing partners ("Partners"). We are not an insurance company, agent, or broker. We don't issue policies, bind coverage, give insurance advice, or provide personalized quotes. Any quote, policy or rate comes from a Partner and is subject to that Partner's terms and underwriting. Advertised rates (e.g., "rates from $39/mo") are the lowest rates Partners advertise. They are not offers or guarantees.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a US resident to use the Service.
3. Information you provide
You agree that information you submit is accurate and belongs to you. If you choose the optional partner-consent box, you authorize us to share your request with the Partners listed in our Partner disclosure so they can contact you as described there. See our Privacy Policy.
4. Partner sites
The Service may send you to Partner websites. We don't control and aren't responsible for Partner sites, products, quotes, or practices. Your dealings with Partners are solely between you and them.
5. SMS / text message terms
Program. If you opt in by checking the optional, unchecked-by-default SMS box on our Site, Motowyn will send recurring marketing and promotional text messages about auto insurance offers, plus account notifications related to your request, to the mobile number you provided, from the Motowyn text number.
Consent. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or of using the Site.
Frequency. Message frequency varies.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You'll get one confirmation text and no further messages. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT.
Help. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. We do not share or sell your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Full program terms are on our SMS Terms page.
6. Partner calls and texts
If you check the separate, optional partner-consent box, you agree to be contacted by Motowyn and the Partners named in our Partner disclosure by phone call and text message, which may use automated technology or an artificial or prerecorded voice. You may revoke this consent at any time by telling the caller, replying STOP to a text, or emailing [email protected].
7. Acceptable use
Don't submit false information or someone else's information, use bots or scripts, interfere with the Site, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DON'T GUARANTEE THAT YOU'LL RECEIVE QUOTES, SAVINGS, OR ANY PARTICULAR RATE.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Motowyn IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY PARTNER PRODUCT.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date.
